Temporal evolution of a patient with a spinal dural arteriovenous fistula on serial MRI

Abstract: Spinal dural arteriovenous fistulas are a rare but treatable cause of myelopathy, so it is important to understand its natural progression and radiologic findings as it is frequently misdiagnosed.
