“…In anaplastic thyroid carcinoma, cervical lymphadenopathy was present in 64% (7 of 11) of cases in a single institution study in 2018 (Deeken-Draisey et al 2018). Also, 56% of the 219 patients with anaplastic thyroid carcinoma noted in Danish databases have lymph node metastases (Hvilsom et al 2018).
