Durable Clinical and Immunologic Advantage of Living Donor Liver Transplantation in Children

Abstract: This study demonstrates the potential benefit of LDLT, particularly with maternal grafts, for pediatric liver transplant recipients on multiple clinical parameters over long-term follow-up.
