Roux-En-Y gastric bypass following failed fundoplication

Abstract: Fundoplication takedown with RYGB was successful for long-term reflux resolution. Most can be performed via a minimally invasive approach with acceptable perioperative morbidity, symptom resolution, and the additional benefit of %EWL.
