Pseudohyponatraemia secondary to hyperlipidaemia in obstructive jaundice

Abstract: A 44-year-old man with uncontrolled diabetes and chronic pancreatitis presented with abdominal pain, jaundice and unintentional weight loss. Laboratory investigations were significant for hyponatraemia, an obstructive pattern of liver enzymes.
