Effectiveness and safety of outpatient parenteral antimicrobial therapy in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Abstract: Patients with AECOPD who require parenteral antimicrobial therapy can be managed effectively and safely in HHU, avoiding hospital stays, readmissions and complications.
