Global RNA association with the transcriptionally active chromosome of chloroplasts

Abstract: Processed chloroplast RNAs are co-enriched with preparations of the chloroplast transcriptionally active chromosome. Chloroplast genomes are organized as a polyploid DNA-protein structure called the nucleoid.
