The challenge in the diagnosis and management of an advanced abdominal pregnancy in a resource-low setting: a case report

Abstract: BackgroundAbdominal pregnancy is a rare form of ectopic pregnancy that is frequently left undiagnosed by inexperienced obstetricians and radiologists.
