Hydraulic Transcrestal Sinus Lift

Abstract: Different patterns of membrane elevations are observed in pig sinuses and introduced in this study. The off-center dome-shaped elevation was the most common pattern followed by the center dome-shaped elevation and horizontally spreading elevation, respectively.
