Physicochemical properties and cytotoxicity of an experimental resin‐based pulp capping material containing the quaternary ammonium salt and Portland cement

Abstract: The experimental material possessed adequate physicochemical properties, low cytotoxicity and good calcium phosphate nucleation.

“…After incubations of 1, 3, and 5 days, the cell viability was assessed using Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8 kit, APE BIO, USA) according to the manufacturer's instructions.
