Sivelestat sodium and mortality in pneumonia patients requiring mechanical ventilation: propensity score analysis of a Japanese nationwide database

Abstract: The propensity-matched analyses revealed that the use of sivelestat was not associated with decreased mortality for pneumonia patients requiring mechanical ventilation.
