Methods for Proteome Analysis of Campylobacter jejuni Using 2-D Electrophoresis

Abstract: This chapter describes protocols used for two-dimensional electrophoretic analysis of the proteome or subproteome of Campylobacter jejuni, a major human food-borne pathogen. The following protocols, adapted to Campylobacter strains, include all the steps from cultivation to gel-support protein separation.
