“…We analyzed known antimicrobial lasso peptides produced by Actinobacteria to expand the chemical space surrounding these natural products. There are currently fifteen lasso peptides produced by Actinobacteria that have reported antimicrobial activity, and twelve have completely annotated BGCs available on the NCBI database (Table S1) [7,26,31,36–44] .
