Psychometric assessment of the IBS-D Daily Symptom Diary and Symptom Event Log

Abstract: PurposeDiarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D) can considerably impact patients’ lives. Patient-reported symptoms are crucial in understanding the diagnosis and progression of IBS-D.
