Circulating periostin level in asthmatic pregnancy

Abstract: Objective: Asthma often complicates pregnancy and represents a risk for complications.Periostin is considered as a biomarker of asthma; however, as it also plays a role in normal gestation, pregnancy may influence circulating periostin levels.
