Y-chromosome short tandem repeat (Y-STR) and Y-chromosome single nucleotide polymorphism (Y-SNP) are genetic markers on the male Y chromosome for individual identification, forensic applications, and paternal genetic history analysis. In this study we successfully genotyped 38 Y-STR loci and 24 Y-SNP loci of Pudong Han (n = 689) and Chongming Han (n = 530) in Shanghai. The haplotype diversity of the Y filer platinum genotyping system was the highest in the Han population in the Pudong area of Shanghai (0.99996) and Chongming Island (0.99997). The proportion of unique haplotypes was 97.10% (Pudong) and 98.49% (Chongming), respectively. The multidimensional scaling analysis and phylogenetic analysis were performed according to the genetic distance Rst, which was calculated based on the Y-STR gene frequency data. Moreover, we made a comparison on the frequency distribution analysis and principal component analysis of haplogroups in both populations. As a result, Shanghai Pudong Han, Chongming Island Han, and Jiangsu Han were determined to have a strong genetic affinity. The haplogroup distribution characteristics of the Pudong Han and Chongming Han populations were similar to those of the southern Han population. The results of haplotype network analysis showed that Jiangsu Wujiang Han and Jiangsu Changshu Han had more paternal genetic contributions to the formation of Shanghai Pudong Han and Chongming Island Han. Through the joint analysis of SNPs and STRs, this study deeply analyzed the paternal genetic structure of the Pudong Han and Chongming Han populations. The addition of Y-SNP haplogroups to forensic applications can provide information for pedigree investigation.

In order to reduce the influence of temperature deformation of large-size body-mounted radiators on the observation accuracy of space station telescopes and adapt to launch vibration loads, this paper proposes a floating combination stress release mechanism. Firstly, based on the dimensions, operating conditions, and stress directions of the radiator, an “orthogonal + parallel” layout of the radiator stress release mechanism is designed. To verify whether the layout design complies with the fully constrained theory, the layout design model is simplified into a four-point model, including one fixed support, two line-degree-of-freedom release mechanisms, and one plane-degree-of-freedom release mechanism. Degree-of-freedom analysis is conducted, and the statically determinate support goal is successfully achieved. Then, through the layout design of the stress release mechanism, specific modeling designs are carried out for the fixed support, line-degree-of-freedom release mechanisms, and plane-degree-of-freedom release mechanism using three-dimensional modeling software. Finally, the feasibility of the design scheme is verified through finite element simulation and mechanical testing. The results show that under sine and random vibrations, the maximum response amplification factor is 4.2, which meets the design requirement of being less than five. The maximum stress is 192 MPa, which is lower than the material’s yield limit. Under the application of an 80 °C temperature difference, the displacement response value of the radiator is 3.28 mm. This value falls within the allowable movement range of the stress release mechanism and meets the design criteria.

To solve the problem of estimating the number of sources when an antenna array is used for signal reception, an eigenvalue quadratic diagonal loading technique is proposed. The proposed method is applicable under the condition of the proportional relationship between the number of antenna elements and that of snapshots, and whether the received signals are mixed with white Gaussian or colored noise is unknown. The method we proposed belongs to an important area of antenna array signal processing in the field of sensor technology. Firstly, the covariance matrix of received signals is eigenvalue-decomposed. Secondly, eigenvalues are loaded diagonally. The first diagonal loading value is taken as the arithmetic average of all eigenvalues, and the original eigenvalues and diagonal loading value are added to replace the original eigenvalues. The quadratic diagonal loading formula is devised to carry out the quadratic diagonal loading on the eigenvalues immediately after the first diagonal loading. Finally, the information theoretic criterion and random matrix theory methods are chosen to combine with the proposed method to estimate the number of sources. The method is validated by simulation experiments. By combining the proposed method with the existing information theoretic criterion methods, the proposed method can be suitable for the general asymptotic regime with the same number of antenna elements and snapshots in a white Gaussian or colored noise environment. The application range of the random matrix theory methods is extended by the proposed method, so that it can be applied to the colored noise environment.
