Utilizing the virus-induced blocking of apoptosis in an easy baculovirus titration method

Abstract: Baculovirus-mediated protein expression is a robust experimental technique for producing recombinant higher-eukaryotic proteins because it combines high yields with considerable post-translational modification capabilities.
