25G compared with 20G vitrectomy under Resight non-contact wide-angle lenses for Terson syndrome

Abstract: Abstract. The aim of the present study was to compare the effectiveness of 25G vitrectomy to standard 20G vitrectomy for treatment of Terson syndrome under Resight non-contact wide-angle lenses.
