Abstract:SUMMARYA 42-year-old, postoperative patient with tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) with right-sided aortic arch, presented with heart failure secondary to left ventricular dysfunction, severe valvular regurgitation and residual ventricular septal defect (VSD).
