Economic and clinical aspects of intravenous versus oral busulfan in adult patients for conditioning prior to HSCT

Abstract: PurposeBusulfan (BU) used as cytoreductive conditioning prior to hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) is available as intravenous (IV) and oral (O) preparation.
