Surgery for plasma cell neoplasia patients with spinal instability or neurological impairment caused by spinal lesions as the first clinical manifestation

Abstract: Surgery may be beneficial to patients with spinal instability or neurological impairment caused by spinal lesions as the first clinical manifestation, in which MM patients with postoperative ambulatory ability display better prognosis.
