Abstract: INTRODUCTION: Autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) has a variety of clinical phenotypes. AIH presenting with acute liver failure (AFL) and jaundice is generally uncommon, however, other possible liver etiologies may confuse and delay diagnosis.
