Identification and Function Prediction of Novel MicroRNAs in Laoshan Dairy Goats

Abstract: MicroRNAs are a class of endogenous small RNAs that play important roles in post-transcriptional gene regulation by directing degradation of mRNAs or facilitating repression of target gene translation.
