25-1: A New Touch-Panel Structure Using Metal Mesh and Ag Nanowire

Abstract: We present a new touch panel structure using a metal mesh and Ag nanowire film on one side of the base material. It is confirmed that the fabricated touch panel has low electrical resistance and equivalent touch sensitivity compared to a conventional touch panel using ITO or Ag nanowire.
