Dual track time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry for peptide quantification with matrix‐assisted laser desorption/ionization

Abstract: We devised the dual track MALDI-TOF MS method to avoid detector saturation and demonstrated that the quantification and identification of peptides can be performed simultaneously.
