Zoon Vulvitis as a Differential Diagnosis in an HIV-Infected Patient

Abstract: Vulvitis circumscripta plasmacellularis or Zoon vulvitis is a rare benign condition that affects the vulva chronically. We herein report a case of Zoon vulvitis in a 52-year-old HIV-infected patient with an uncommon ulcerovegetating lesion diagnosed by histopathologic findings.
