Abstract:BackgroundThere is controversy about the appropriate management of acute osteomyelitis in children.MethodsRetrospective cohort study of presentation, management and outcomes of all patients admitted with acute osteomyelitis (<2 weeks duration) during 2010–2016 at 4 US and Canadian tertiary care hospitals (hosp).
