21.1: Invited Paper: Inkjet Printing Perovskite Quantum Dot Light‐emitting Devices

Abstract

Perovskite light‐emitting diodes (PeLEDs) for full‐color display based on ink‐jet printing technology are increasingly attractive because of their excellent optical and electronic properties, such as high defect tolerance, high color purity, widely tunable emission wavelength, etc. However, the formation of the perovskite high‐quality film with pixel size is related to the contact properties with the hole transport layer. Here, 1H, 1H, 2H, 2H‐Perfluorooctyltrimethoxysilane (POTS) is introduced to modify the hole transport layer to obtain a uniform perovskite film. An efficient matrix PeLED via ink‐jet printing is reported.
