Die aus 2-Nitro-3-hydroxy-4-pyronen dargestellten 2-Amin0-3-hydroxy-4-pyrone reagieren mit Siiureanhydriden bzw. -halogeniden zu N-Acyl-Derivaten (6, 7), 0-Acyl-Derivaten (8,9, lo), Pyrono-oxazolen (4) oder Pyrono-dihydro-oxooxtlzinenj(5). Die vorgeachlagenen Formeln wurden mit Hilfe von UV-, IRund NMR-Spektren bewiesen. Synthesis, Reactions und Properties of 2-Amin0-3-hydrory-k-pyrones2-Amino-3-hydroxy-4-pyronea, prepared from 2-nitro-3-hydroxy-4-pyrones, react with acid anhydrides or acyl halides to form N-acylated derivatives (6, 7), 0-acylated derivatives (8.9, lo), pyrono-oxazolenes (4) or pyrono-dihydro-oxooxazines (5). UV-, IRand NMRspectra were used for establishing the structural formulas.Die 2-AminoS-hydroxy-4-pyrone 2a wid 2b sind von Ost2) bzw. Keibsteinx) dwch Reduktion der Nitro-Derivate la und lc mit Zinn und Salzsaure dargestellt worden.Wir haben dieses Verfahren nachgepriift, abgeandert und zur Reduktion der Nitropyrone lc, d und f benutzt, wobei die Aminopyrone 2b, d und e in 60-70proz.Ausbeute isoliert wurden. Schmp. i m Linstromgerat; nicht kon.; IR-Spektren : Photometez 257 (Perkin-Elmer); Elementaranalysen im Mikroanalyt. Laboratorium der Fa. 1. Beetz, Kronach/Oberfr. 2-Amiflo-4-methylmercapto-6-phenyl-I. 3, 5-triazin (6a) 0.23 g (0.01 gAt) Natrium werden in 10 ml abs Xthanol gelost und unter Ruhren bei Raumtemperatur mit 1,57 g (0,Ol Mol) fein zerriebenem Benzamidin-hydrochlorid versetzt. Nach 30 Min. filtriert man das ausgefallene Natriumchlorid ab und gibt zu dem Filtrat 1,46 g (0,Ol Mol) N-Cyanoimidodithiokohlensiuredimethylester. Man erhitzt 3 Std. zum Sieden, I;iDt 12 Std. i m Kiihlschrank 2tehen. saugt das ausgefallene Produkt ab und kristallisiert aus Xthanol um. Schmp. 172 -1733 . Ausbeute: 1,9 g (87 % d.Th.) CLOHl~N4S (218,3) Ber.: C 55,02 H 4,62 N 25,67 S 14,69 Gef.: C55,Ol H4,42 N 25,25 S 15.04 2-Amino-4-benzyl-mercapto-6-phenyl-l, 3, Dtrlosin (6 b) 2,99 g (0,Ol Mol) NCyano-imidodithiokohlensiuredibenzylester werden analog 6a mit 1,57 g (0,131 Mol) Benzamidinhydrochlorid sowie 0,23 g (0,tl g At) Natrium umgesetzt. Das Rohprodukt wird aus Xthanol umkristallisiert. Schmp. 149 -150 ; Ausbeute: 1,8 g (61 96 d.Th.) C I~H~~N~S (294,4)
