As a common information aggregation tool, the Hamy mean (HM) operator can consider the relationships among multiple input elements, but cannot adjust the effect of elements. In this paper, we integrate the idea of generalized a weighted average (GWA) operator into the HM operator, and reduce the influence of related elements by adjusting the value of the parameter. In addition, considering that extreme input data may lead to a deviation in the results, we further combine the power average (PA) operator with HM, and propose the power generalized Hamy mean (PGHM) operator. Then, we extend the PGHM operator to the trapezoidal fuzzy two-dimensional linguistic environment, and propose two new information aggregation tools, the trapezoidal fuzzy two-dimensional linguistic power generalized Hamy mean (TF2DLPGHM) operator and the weighted TF2DLPGHM (WTF2DLPGHM) operator. Some properties and special cases of these operators are discussed. Furthermore, based on the proposed WTF2DLPGHM operator, a new multi-attribute decision-making method is proposed for lean management evaluation of industrial residential projects. Finally, an example is given to show the specific steps, effectiveness, and superiority of the method.

The aim of this paper is to provide a multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) method based on the 2-dimension linguistic weight Bonferroni mean aggregation (2DLWBMA) operator. Firstly, the new operations of 2-dimension linguistic variables are defined. Then, the 2-dimension linguistic Bonferroni mean aggregation operator is proposed to describe the correlations of input arguments. Subsequently, the 2DLWBMA operator is investigated to consider the importance of attributes. Furthermore, a novel MAGDM method is introduced and two illustrative examples are given.

Single-valued neutrosophic sets (SVNSs) can effectively describe the multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) problems which are characterized by incompleteness and uncertainty. Aiming at the MADM problem of SVNSs, a series of methods are proposed to solve the problem, such as the TODIM and PROMETHEE methods. The main idea of the TODIM method is to establish a relative superiority function of scheme relative to other schemes based on the value function of prospect theory, and the ranking of alternatives is determined according to the obtained superiority. In the PROMETHEE method, the decision maker selects the preference function for each attribute according to their preference, and then calculates the priority index, inflow, outflow and net flow according to the difference of the attribute values of scheme, so as to determine the ranking of alternatives. In this paper, a new method based on PROMETHEE and TODIM is proposed to solve the MADM problem under the single-valued neutrosophic environment. Based on the calculation formula of inflow and outflow in PROMETHEE method, and the calculation formula of overall dominance in the TODIM method, a new integrated formula is obtained.
