[2.2]Paracyclophan‐Komplexe von Indium(I), Thallium(I), Zinn(II) und Blei(II)

Abstract

Die Umsetzungen von [2.2]Paracyclophan rnit In[InBr4J in Mesitylen bzw. mit TI[GaCI4] in Toluol liefern kristalline t : 1-Addukte (1 bzw. 2). Entsprechende Reaktionen rnit SnCI(GaC&) oder Pb(GaCI4)? ergeben analoge 1 : 1-Komplexe (3 bzw. 4), die aber nur schwer als Einkristalle erhalten werden konnen. Nach den Rontgenstrukturanalysen von 1 und 2 ist je ein In(1)-oder TI(1)-Kation von a u k n zentrisch (q6) an die Benzolringe des Paracyclophanmolekiils koordiniert, dessen Mitte ein kristallographisches Inversionszentrum darstellt. Die Aromaten bilden dabei an In (1) und TI(1) Winkel von 63.2 bzw. 64.6". Die eindimensionalen, an M gewinkelten Stapel . . . M(Paracyclophan)M(Para-cycIophan)M.. . sind iiber Kontakte der Metalle M zu den Halogenatomen der Gegenionen in den beiden anderen Raumrichtungen vernetzt. Es cntstehen schr stabile, stark raumerfiillendc metallorganische Koordinationspolymere. Die niederwertigen Elemente des p-Blocks vermogen mit aromatischen Kohlenwasserstoffen Komplexe zu bilden, in denen das Metallatom in aller Regel zentrisch (hexahapto, qb) iiber dem Aren angeordnet ist'-51. Die bei den s'-konfigurierten Kationen Ga(l), In(I), Tl(I) bzw. Sn(II), Pb(I1) und As(lII), Sb(III), Bi(II1) nur relativ schwachen Metall-Ligand-Wechselwirkungen mit den Aromaten kann iiber Substituenten mit + I-Effekt a m Aren1.61 und durch nicht donor-
