Abstract:The article focuses on the prevalence of obesity in India, increasing levels of childhood obesity, and the potential health hazards that result from obesity, thereby suggesting the necessary preventive measures and the prevailing natural and synthetic therapy that can help to cure the disease, thus spreading awareness about its severity and necessity for treatment.
