19. Yüzyilin İki̇nci̇ Yarisinda Aşi̇ret İdaresi̇: Aşi̇ret Müdüri̇yeti̇

Abstract: Osmanlı taşra idaresinde 1842 yılında muhassıllık sisteminin kaldırılmasıyla eyalet-sancak-kaza şeklinde idarî bir düzenlemeye gidilmiştir. 1842 düzenlemesinde aşiretlerle ilgili bir hüküm bulunmamakla birlikte aşiretleri ilgilendiren tarafı, kazanın idari bir birim olarak kurulması ve müdürler tarafından idare edilmeye başlanmasıydı.
