Abstract: BackgroundThe emergence of carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae (CR-Kp) presents significant clinical challenges with our limited antibiotic armamentarium. Infective endocarditis caused by CR-Kp is rare, with few cases reported in the literature.
