161 Clear Discharge Prescribing in Stroke Patients: A Retrospective Audit of Dual Antiplatelet Duration at First Follow-Up Appointment

Abstract: Background The risk of further ischaemic events post stroke and TIA is high in the following weeks. Short term treatment with Dual Anti-Platelet Therapy (DAPT) in appropriate patients has been shown to decrease the incidence of recurrent ischaemic events.
