16-week Combined Exercise Training Improves Muscle Quality In Breast Cancer Survivors

Abstract: CONCLUSIONS:The main finding of our study was that Act-BCW might achieve healthier BodCom levels than Act-HW if they maintain an active lifestyle. Exercise increase LM% and reduce FM% comparing with sedentary groups, reducing mortality risk for all causes. Our study highlights the importance role of exercise in maintaining an adequate BodCom in BCS, 5 years after diagnosis.
