1593-P: Insulin-Degrading Enzyme (IDE) Regulates Glucagon Signalling and Mitochondrial Respiration in Hepatocytes

Abstract: IDE is a ubiquitous metalloprotease with cytosolic and mitochondrial subcellular localization that degrades insulin and glucagon. People with T2D and diet-induced obese mice show lower hepatic IDE levels.
