Abstract: Authors review the case history and follow-up of a rare malignant fibrous histiocytoma patient, based on the relevant literary data. The tumour filled the retroperitoneum on the right side, in front of the right kidney. Intravenous urography and computer tomography revealed a 10 x 15 cm sized mass, suspect of being a kidney tumour.
