1368 Hilar Inflammation Mimicking a Klatskin Tumor

Abstract: INTRODUCTION: Hilar cholangiocarcinomas or Klatskin tumors (KT) pose significant diagnostic challenges; 15% of resections for KT prove to be non-malignant. Inflammatory, infectious, and other etiologies mimic radiological features of KT.
