Abstract: cardiac rhythm abnormalities are common, and mostly include sinus tachycardia or occasionally bradycardia. Rarely, lethal rhythm abnormalities like ventricular tachycardia, prolonged QT abnormalities, or asystole can occur leading to serious consequences including sudden unexplained death in epilepsy (SUDEP).
