Abstract:BackgroundWe treated 62 patients with advanced Stage IV colorectal cancer in an outpatient setting with multiple cycles of Xeloda-based empirical chemotherapy regimens (“Xeloda regimens”), including Xeloda monotherapy, Xeloda + irinotecan, Xeloda + oxaliplatin, and Xeloda + mitomycin.
