“…The data presented here demonstrate that the strength of DSA determined by crossmatch tests correlates significantly with that assessed by phenotype panel SPI. These data were from Luminexbased assays; however, we have also demonstrated [19] that reliable predictions (92.1% correct predictions) can be performed on an ELISA microchip assay (data not shown here).
