1152 Parental perceptions regarding the impact of housing on health

Abstract: likely to discuss fertility, but later had discussions in the Late Effects service. Conclusions Oncofertility options are important to convey to AYAs. Communication about fertility should occur repeatedly both before, during and after treatment. Referral to specialist oncofertility services and adequate information for both genders is important pre-treatment, and can be facilitated posttreatment by a Late Effects service.

“…Amongst those having received a psychiatric referral, homelessness was not significantly associated with higher risk of schizophrenia, depression (N = 50) [M45] or affective or psychotic disorder (N = 109) [M39]. O’Brien et al ( 2021 ) found homeless parents in triage at a paediatric ED at higher risk of indicating that their housing circumstances negatively impacted their child’s mental health (N = 312; RR 4.9 [95% CI 2.9, 8.1]; ARR –0.5 [95% CI –0.6, –0.2]).…”
