112 Gbit/s PDM-CSRZ-DQPSK field trial over 1730 km deployed DWDM-link

Abstract: Successful 112Gbit/s PDM-CSRZ-DQPSK transmission with coherent detection and digital electronic DSP post processing is reported over a 1730km SSMF plus 300km DCF field installed DWDM-system. A modular network approach with co-propagating 10Gbit/s WDMchannels is achieved.
