The Role of Family Character in Cooperation Agreements

Abstract: Purpose-This paper aims to study the differences between family and non-family firms when establishing cooperation agreements. Design/methodology/approach-The empirical research was conducted using a sample of 1,848 firms, of which 828 are family firms.
