Sacroiliac infiltration in pregnant women guided by ultrasound. Case report

Abstract: BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES: Pregnancy-related pelvic pain (PRPP) is one of the most frequent causes of pain during pregnancy, which can result in significant physical disability. It is often undertreated, as it is a condition considered normal during pregnancy and there is fear that the treatment may cause changes in the pregnant woman and the fetus.
