Investigation of thunderclap headache in cavernous angioma: when magnetic resonance makes the difference. Case report

Abstract: BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES:Brain magnetic resonance is a major exam to evaluate thunderclap headache, after excluding subarachnoid hemorrhage.
