“…Estudos realizados em organizações que contratam basicamente pessoas com deficiência intelectual mostram que, por diversas vezes, as práticas de inclusão se baseiam ainda no critério de racionalização e busca por maior produtividade (Bezerra & Vieira, 2012;Campos, Vasconcellos, & Kruglianskas, 2013;Mourão, Sampaio, & Duarte, 2012) ou na atividade a ser realizada, pois, muitas vezes, as empresas preferem inserir essa população em cargos cujas tarefas são repetitivas e enfadonhas, as quais as pessoas sem deficiências não gostam, em geral, de executar (Campos et al, 2013).
