Hierarquia supraconstitucional relativa dos tratados internacionais de direitos humanos

Abstract: O artigo parte das classificações mais frequentes sobre a hierarquia dos tratados internacionais de direitos humanos no ordenamento jurídico para diante delas sugerir o reconhecimento do status hierárquico supraconstitucional relativo das convenções internacionais daquela natureza.
