A genealogy of the critical discourses on the authoritarianism of the Brazilian Criminal Procedure Code

Abstract: This paper presents an investigation on the critical discourses thatattribute the authoritarianism of the Brazilian criminal procedure to a legacy ofthe fascist Italian criminal procedural legislation of 1930.
